Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she turned 16 and she quit gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career at the age of 16, at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend the time off from the stage after she received her Pro card in order to finish the college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after her first show for a few years and set higher goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she won several fitness awards. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent her first six years of competition to get her college degree. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in third place. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place within the fitness division despite being completely unprepared. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Her back exercise routine consists of three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
